WEEKLY CLEANING SCHEDULE The 19 th Hole is considered as the busiest outlet that is open 24/7. It is the only outlet that has a very high accessibility for members to just pass by to the parking lot, grab some coffee and cookies, and so on. This outlet is open 7 days for breakfast and lunch and 6 nights for dinner during the season (everyday besides Sunday), which gives us the opportunity to conduct a deep cleaning every Sunday after lunch shift. It is the responsibility for everyone which includes: 1. Wipe and clean the place mats. 2. Refill and clean the salt and pepper shakers. 3. Wash the sugar caddies and refill. 4. Wipe and clean all the check books. 5. Refill all the pencils and pencils holder. 6. Clean the condiment, cereals, and nuts cupboards. 7. Clean and refill the take-out cupboards. 8.
