 Remove mix feed tubes from hoppers  Press “Clean” on the touchpad 1 TIME ONLY  Pull down on handles and evacuate mix/ water into a bucket  Repeat until water runs clear  Switch power to OFF  Remove knobs and door assembly  Remove auger support and bushing  Pull auger and carefully remove flights – do not drop flights  Remove springs from auger flights  Remove seal “D” and “O” ring “E” from auger shaft

 Remove “O” ring from mix inlet regulator  Remove spigots and “O” rings from door

 Remove “O” rings by first wiping off the lubrication using a clean towel. Then squeeze the “O” ring upward with a dry cloth. When a loop is formed roll out of the “O” ring groove.  Assemble “O” rings onto spigot body dry. Apply thin coat of sanitary lubricant such as “Petro-gel”  Assemble front door.  Place “O” ring onto mix inlet regulator  Apply sanitary lubricant on the inner ring of the seal where it contacts the “O” ring. Don’t lubricate the outer ring flange on seal. Install seal and “O” ring on shaft. Apply small amount of white socket lubricant to drive end of auger shaft  Turn springs onto threaded studs on auger flights.  Install two flights to rear of auger shaft and start shaft into barrel. Add flights as shaft is slipped into barrel.  Engage auger onto drive. Apply thin coat of sanitary lubricant to inside of hole on front of shaft and on front auger support bushing. Install the auger support into the front of the auger with small hole of the support straight up  Install the front door on the freezer. Install and tighten knobs  Install mix inlet regulator into hopper with air inlet tube toward front of freezer  Machine is lubricated, re-assembled and power is OFF
