Dinner Pick-up and Delivery Manual: Dinner starts at 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Food and Beverage Office will take all the dinner orders. F&B Office are taking delivery orders every day until 6:30 pm. Orders placed after 6:30 pm have to be picked up, unless there are circumstances where the member is unable to pick up. If so we could arrange with the F&B staff or valet to deliver the order. Taking the Order: • When taking an order, please indicate whether it’s for Pickup or Delivery. PICK UP : Take the order, repeat the order and make sure it is correct and what they asked for. Indicate the date , your initials , the member’s name , the membership number and time of the pick up. • Use your judgment on how long the kitchen needs to prepare the order, or to give a correct time to the member, ask the kitchen. • Make copies of the order sheet and distribute to the appropriate kitchen outlet: Pastry, Hot Kitchen, Cold Kitchen, 1 copy for Expo and 1 copy for the Check. • Inform the chef on duty that the order is for pickup. DELIVERY: Take the order, repeat the order and make sure it is correct and what they asked for. Indicate the date , your initials , the member’s name , the membership number , address and telephone number on the order sheet and ask the member what time they would like delivery. (5-6 pm, 5:30-6:30 pm, 6-7 pm) • Make copies of the order sheet, mark everything which belongs to the right kitchen and distribute appropriately: Hot Kitchen, Cold Kitchen, Pastry Kitchen and Expo. • Make a copy for the delivery person as well and mark down everything that needs to be charged to the members account.
