25. Serve dessert and cookie platter. 26. Offer coffee or tea. 27. Place the coffee cups and saucer on the table, along with sugar caddies & creamer. 28. Pour coffee on the table. 29. Once done present the check to the table. Most of the time gentlemenmember will sign the check. 30. Refill coffee if necessary. 31. Thank the member and wish them a great night.
