The Yogurt Machine 1. Fill it with chocolate and vanilla yogurt 2. Turn the machine on 3. Press the AUTOMATIC 4. Have chilled bowls ready in the fridge 5. When service, make sure you serve the frozen yogurt with a B&B plate and a spoon or teaspoon, dependent on the preference. How to clean the machine properly Clean the machine every M nd y, Wednesday and Friday after dinner! (Or after lunch if there is no dinner service) 1. Set up the machine on WASH. 2. Push the yogurt levers down to drain into plastic containers and throw it away in sink. 3. Fill the machine with hot water and let it drain until the water is clear. 4. Turn machine off. 5. Take the machine apart, wash it and put all the pieces in a rack and store on top of the frozen yogurt machine. 6. Wipe the machine. This is a basic guide on how to operate the machine, however all trainees with receive a separate manual on the operations on the yogurt machine.
