Beach Club Opening Duties

I- Kitchen  Turn on the Coffee and Cappuccino Machine.  Check that the cup warmer is on and make sure it is filled with enough cups.  Refill tea spoons, saucers and tea platters with doilies.  If necessary fill up the coffee or cappuccino machine with coffee and coffee beans. Make sure there is backup coffee in the fridge and coffee beans.  Refill sugar sticks and biscotti’s.  Fill yogurt machine with chocolate and vanilla yogurt. If you run out of yogurt in the upstairs fridge, make sure to fetch some more from downstairs for backup.  Turn on the yoghurt machine and press the AUTOMATIC Button on both sides.  Brew and prepare all Beverages (Ice Tea, Raspberry Tea, Lemonade, Arnold Palmer, and Iced Decaf Coffee).  Make sure to ALWAYS keep the draws filled with the Ice Tea Bags and Crystal Lights packages. Draw should never be empty.  Prepare bread baskets only when offering a la carte. (Only in summer)  Make sure there are enough regular milk, skim milk and half & half in the fridge.
