Lunch Service

Operating Hours: Monday - Saturday 11:30 am - 2:30 pm Sunday Brunch 11:30 am - 2:30pm Lunch is set in a casual atmosphere provided to our membership and their families. Both outdoor and indoor dining is offered. During season we have a fully operated Salad Bar and during busy weeks we also provide full buffet service along with the normal a la carte menu. The staff must be knowledgeable and fully vested in the menu items and order taking in order to provide a quality experience. BEFORE SERVICE STARTS, CHECK YOUR ASSIGNED STATION AND MAKE SURE IT IS PROPERLY SET UP WITH ALL SILVER, GLASS AND LINEN IS CLEAN AND PROPERLY SET. ALSO CHECK YOUR SIDE STATION AND MAKE SURE IT IS FULLY PREPARED FOR SERVICE. Lunch Sequence of Service: 1. Both Greeters and servers will lead the members to their table. 2. Present the menu and verbally describe any specials. 3. Offer drinks. & serve drinks. 4. Explain the specials of the day. 5. Take the order. 6. Repeat the order, making sure the position numbers are correct; ask the type of bread for all kind of sandwiches, cooking temperature for burgers, and type of cheese for burgers and omelets and choice of salad dressing. 7. Place the order into the Jonas POS (Point of Sale) 8. Serve the meals, make sure all appropriate accompaniments are present (Most members only have one course for lunch or soup and half a sandwich). 9. Keep refill the iced tea, Coffee, Lemonade, Arnold Palmer (50% Lemonade & 50% Ice Tea), Ice Coffee and offer more soda, juice etc. 10. Keep your table clean, take off all the sugar package, used straws, clear plates etc. 11. Offer dessert such as ice cream, frozen yoghurt or cookies. 12. Offer coffees like cappuccino and espresso. We have regular & decaf. 13. Present the check right away before they ask and make sure they sign the check with the correct member number. 14. Clean and reset the table as soon as the members leave, during lunch time the turn over table are very fast.
