CLOSING THE CLUBHOUSE • Starting July 11, construction fencing will go up on both sides of the newly-widened construction access road and around the Clubhouse. • Once in place, the fencing will immediately restrict access to current facilities as follows: Ľ The Sports Bar will be accessible via the main valet parking entrance only. Ľ The Fitness Center will be accessible via the south (pool-facing) doors only, and there will be no more cart parking or building access from the west (clubhouse-facing) side. • Sunday, July 31 will be the last day of operation for the Sports Bar . BEACH CLUB • As announced last week, the Beach Club will be closed for summer improvement projects from Tuesday, July 5 to Tuesday, July 19. The Cabana is undergoing a more substantive renovation and is targeted to reopen mid-August. • During the early part of the closure (through Thursday, July 14), members may continue to use the parking lot and use the pathway to the right of the main entrance to the building to gain access to the beach, where beach services (towels, chairs, and umbrellas) will be provided by attendants. Starting Friday, July 15, the Porte Cochère area will be resurfaced and refreshed, so it will not be possible for members to access the pathway to the beach until the Beach Club reopens on Wednesday, July 20. • When the Beach Club initially reopens, it will once again offer lunch Monday to Saturday, brunch on Sundays, and dinner on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. • Starting Monday, August 1, the Beach Club will offer dinner six nights per week (Monday to Saturday). 3

This facility will offer Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner daily and all new menus. The Pavilion will also be the new location for the celebration of Holidays and other Club events during the 2022-23 and 2023-24 seasons. Once the Pavilion opens, the Club’s complimentary breakfast will be offered only at this venue. • When the Pavilion opens, the GOLF CAFÉ will be rebranded as the TAVERN ON THE RANGE , serving lunch, appetizers, and beverages from 11:30am to 7:00 pm daily. During the month of Au- gust, the Kitchen equipment will be moved and water/power connected to prepare for the opening of the Pavilion Kitchen, restrooms, valet parking, and a laundry facility in early September.

THE DOG PARK The Dog Park has been reopened and now features Tiki Huts where you can enjoy a shady seat and cold water as Fido gets a workout; as we get closer to the season additional work will be performed, including some landscaping enhancements and some additional parking capacity.
