THE END OF AN ERA: OLD CLUBHOUSE CLOSES PERMANENTLY Sunday, July 31 was the last day of operation for the Sports Bar, as well as all of the departments and operations formerly housed in the Clubhouse.

• The Clubhouse is now closed to everyone except for authorized construction personnel, and fencing (shown in bright green on the aerial photo to the right) is now being installed around the construction zone, which includes the Clubhouse and immediately adjacent exterior areas, as well as Tennis Courts 2, 5 and 6 (highlighted in orange). Once in place, the fencing will immediately restrict access to Tennis, Fitness/Spa, and Pool facilities as follows: Ľ The Fitness Center & Spa will be accessible only via:

Ô The south (pool-facing) doors, which are reachable via golf cart only (using the cart path shown in blue)

Ô The east doors, which are reachable on foot using the pedestrian walkways shown in yellow as well as using the cart paths Ľ Access to the Fitness Center on the west (clubhouse-facing) side of the building is no longer available. Ľ The Pool will be accessible only via golf cart. Ľ The Tennis Courts will be accessible only via pedestrian walkways (shown in yellow). The Tennis Office will be accessible on foot via the pedestrian walkways, or via golf cart to the east doors to the Fitness Center. Ľ Golf cart parking is available at the six locations marked in bright blue. Ľ Car parking capacity is extremely limited in the Clubhouse area at present, and is likely to remain so through the end of this month. Please avoid bringing your car to this area unless absolutely necessary, and if you must do so, please plan to park along Tournament Drive of leave your car at the Temporary Valet Stand marked with a white dot in the illustration.

AUGUST DINING OPTIONS • Monday, August 1, The BEACH CLUB expanded dinner service to six nights per week (Monday to Saturday). Lunch will continue to be offered daily (with brunch on Sundays). • Also on August 1, the breakfast offerings at the GOLF CAFÉ were expanded to include Omelet and Handheld stations, as well as a hot and cold breakfast buffet, plus additional soups, salads, tacos, wraps, and sandwiches at lunch. • Starting August 5, and continuing until the Grand Opening of the Pavilion in early September, a new Limited Breakfast Buffet service will be offered in the PAVILION AT 10 NORTH, operating daily from 7:00 am to 11:00 am. • On Tuesday, August 2, The POOLSIDE CAFÉ opened for the season, serving lunch & dinner (including TAKEOUT & DELIVERY SERVICE), and beverages daily (in season) through the end of construction. New delicious menus can be found in the morning daily email or on the website. • The grand opening of THE PAVILION AT 10 NORTH is currently targeted for early September. This new flagship venue will offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily with all new menus and Takeout and Delivery options at lunch and dinner, plus valet parking. The Pavilion will also be the new location for the celebration of Holidays and other Club events during the 2022-23 and 2023-24 seasons. The Club’s complimentary breakfast will be offered only in the Pavilion when it opens. • When the Pavilion opens, the GOLF CAFÉ will be re-branded as the TAVERN ON THE RANGE, serving lunch, appetizers, and beverages daily. Breakfast will no longer be served at this venue.

THE VILLAGE • The Village is the new home for the Pavilion Kitchen, Food and Beverage Office, Purchasing, Human Resources, and Employee Lounge/Dining. It will operate on a combination of permanent and generator power. • The Kitchen equipment will be moved to the new kitchen trailer over the next few weeks, and once a permanent water and power connection is in place, we will be ready to open the Pavilion, as well as a new laundry facility.
