“THE VILLAGE” (PAVILION SOUTH AREA)

• THE PAVILION is now targeted for opening on August 1, offering complimentary Breakfast, fixed-price Lunch ($14.95) and Brunch ($19.95), and a la carte Dinner service daily. • Valet Parking will be moved to the Pavilion when it opens. • During the season, Club and Community events will also be taking place here; any closure of the Pavilion for such events will be announced well in advance, with reminders (and information regarding alternate venues for regular meal service during the closure) provided closer to the event time. • Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner service will continue at the SPORTS BAR until the Clubhouse closes permanently, which is now targeted for mid-July. • The Clubhouse kitchen will close once the Sports Bar is no longer operational. “THE VILLAGE” CONSTRUCTION

• Construction on “THE VILLAGE” (our working name for the cluster of temporary management, staff, and food service facilities to be located directly to the southeast of the Pavilion) will begin in earnest this month, and will include the following facilities:

1

Ľ Pavilion Kitchen, Food Prep area, and Takeout/Delivery Service & Wine/ Liquor Retail areas. Ľ Purchasing, Cold Storage, Dry Storage, and Wine/Liquor Storage areas. Ľ Food & Beverage and Human Resources offices, and a laundry facility. Ľ Staff restrooms, changing rooms, and dining area.

2

GOLF CAFÉ • The GOLF CAFÉ will continue to operate from 7:00 am to 2:30 pm daily until further notice, but when the Clubhouse kitchen closes this venue will offer beverages and Grab ‘n’ Go selections only (Lite Bites service will be discontinued). POOLSIDE CAFÉ • The opening of the POOLSIDE CAFE will be based to a large extent on what the actual closure date for the Sports Bar/ Clubhouse turns out to be. • Once open, this venue will serve lunch and dinner daily during the season, through the completion of the Clubhouse construction project.

3

BEACH CLUB • The BEACH CLUB is now on its summer schedule, with Dinner service offered on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings only from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm, but as we get closer to the closure of the Sports Bar, we will evaluate a possible expansion of dinner service to cover more nights of the week, at least until the Pavilion has been opened. • The Beach Club will continue to offer Lunch (Monday-Saturday) and brunch (Sunday) service daily from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm.

4

TAKE OUT AND DELIVERY SERVICES • TAKE OUT and DELIVERY SERVICES (using the current menu) will continue to be available daily from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm until the Clubhouse kitchen closes, at which time updated details for Take Out and Delivery Services will be announced. • The current goal is to move toward a takeout and delivery menu which more closely mirrors the in-person dining options available on the day and at the time that the order is placed, which should provide a boost to both quality of food and service times. • Simultaneously there will be a streamlining of options to avoid items that don’t travel well. • Take Out and Delivery Services will operate with a limited menu when events are being held in the Pavilion.

CATERING SERVICES • The Club will continue to offer CATERING SERVICES for members’ in- home functions, but once the Clubhouse closes this offering will be limited to food and beverage items only (Frenchman’s Catering will no longer be able to provide furniture set up; these items must instead be rented from outside party rental vendors). 5

TENNIS AND GOLF PRO SHOP • The TENNIS SHOP has closed, and the GOLF SHOP (which now has a limited selection of Tennis items available) has moved to its new location adjacent to the Golf Café. NEW CARD PLAYING VENUES • NEW CARD PLAYING VENUES: In addition to the Beach Club , where Card Playing is offered indoors daily from 10am to 4pm, starting June 13th Card Playing will also be offered at the former Tennis Pro Shop , adding the Fitness Center Lobby as a third location in early July.

6

USED CLUBHOUSE FURNISHING AND DECORATIVE ITEMS • USED CLUBHOUSE FURNISHINGS AND DECORATIVE ITEMS will be offered to Members through a blind auction taking place later this month. • A catalog containing photos and a brief description of each item will be distributed via email to the entire membership, and instructions provided for how to place bids online for items in which you are interested. • Bids will be accepted between June 20 and June 26, and the winners announced by June 30, at which time members will have the option of picking their items up or (for a nominal fee) having them delivered to their home. • Remaining items will then be offered to charitable organizations and/or staff and ultimately disposed of prior to demolition.
