Getting Ready For your return Summertime is when the behind the scenes work is done in preparation for the upcoming season. We are “full-steam ahead” on the annual beautification projects of our dining facilities. Remember that the end of the summer is also the time for you to prepare for next season. When the summer ends, please keep in mind the following items prior to your arrival home: Housewatch Notify your housewatch person of your arrival date and to prepare your home for your arrival. Air Conditioning Have your A/C system serviced; especially make sure the drain line is cleaned out with bleach or compressed air, the filter is changed and algae pads placed behind the air handler coil. Home Alarm Services Please contact Donna in the Hotwire office at (561) 273-2618 to schedule your appointment for replacing your existing Contractor’s Alarm with the new Hotwire alarm system. MAIL SERVICES The POA provides assistance with all your USPS and Fed Ex shipping of letters and packages. Remember to change your mailing address with the USPS to your Frenchman’s Creek address prior to your return. NEWSPAPER SUBSCRIPTION Notify your newspaper subscription about your address change to ensure delivery. Hurricane Shutter Removal Your shutters must be removed by November 30 th . Please contact our Frenchman’s Creek Handyman services at (561) 775-6453, to assist with removal prior to November 30 th . Golf Cart Maintenance Your golf cart mechanic, Kevin, offers a variety of maintenance services for you to choose from. He will ensure proper functioning of your cart. Contact Kevin prior to your arrival at (561) 273-2667, he will make certain your favorite form of transport is working properly upon your arrival. Pressure Cleaning Pressure cleaning and window washing services are available through Decorative Surfacing. Schedule your pressure cleaning through the POA office at (561) 627-1467.
