MESSAGE FROM SECURITY

1. ONLY call Security at 561-622-7800 for Security related matters. Remember, if you see SOMETHING (that doesn’t look right), SAY SOMETHING. 2. We now have a new Double Gate arm system for the member entry lane. This new security system was installed to deter any “piggybacking” during entry into our community. This double gate arm system ONLY allows one vehicle at a time. 3. While charging your golf cart, ONLY charge them in a well-ventilated area. Some golf carts set off your carbon monoxide alarms while charging indoors in a poorly ventilated area. 4. Hydrate. We are approaching the cooler south FL weather; however, some days, temperatures can still reach the high 80’s or low 90’s. Be safe and stay hydrated. 5. Deliveries: Security will contact our members on all deliveries even if the member is expecting the delivery, including but not limited to Uber Eats, Door Dash, and Amazon. 6. Be safe while walking: Walk against traffic and wear bright-colored clothing. Security has safety bracelets available upon request for all members and guests for dusk and nighttime walking. Always SHARE THE ROAD. 7. Obey all posted traffic enforcement devices and signs throughout the community. 8. Never leave your vehicles unlocked in your driveway or leave key fobs inside your vehicles. 9. Lock your homes and always set your alarms, even if you are going out for a “quick” walk. 10. Are you registered for CodeRed notifications? If not, please contact Security to register. If you are unsure about your registration, call Security to confirm. 11. ONLY unload and load your vehicle from your car carrier at the designated area off Donald Ross Road, east of the Frenchman’s Creek main entrance heading east. 12. Maintain high attentiveness when near any body of water. Our community has occasionally spotted an alligator/crocodile in our bodies of water; be constantly alert for the wildlife. 13. Blood pressure checks are now available Monday-Friday, 9 to 10 am at The Fitness Center. Remember, Security is always available for questions or assistance, 24 hours, 7 days a week at (561) 622-7800. As we welcome our members back to our community, Security would like to share with our members some of the changes and or updates to security procedures that have been recently updated over the summer.
