Fitness Class Introductions • Let’s Get Moving - Get ready for a variety of exercises that will focus on muscle strengthening, coordination, balance, stability andmost of all FUN! Seated and standing exercise options will be provided. Complimentary classes are scheduled for Fridays, November 6 th , 13 th and 20 th at 10:00 a.m. • Aqua Spin - Now available on Fridays! Come jump on a bike and work out your whole body in the water. There is no stress on your joints, your core is engaged so it is a total body work out. Complimentary classes are available on Fridays, November 6 th , 13 th and 20 th at 9:30 a.m.
