(a)

First Offense. For a first offense:

(i) For speeds in excess of twenty-five (25) miles per hour up to and including thirty-nine (39) miles per hour, the Member shall receive a warning. For speeds of forty (40) miles per hour up to and including forty five (45) miles per hour, the Member shall receive a one (1) week suspension and a One Hundred Dollar ($100.00) fine. (iii) For speeds of forty-six (46) miles per hour up to and including fifty (50) miles per hour, the Member shall receive a two (2) week suspension and a One Hundred Dollar ($100.00) fine. For speeds over fifty-one (51) miles per hour, the Member shall receive a three (3) week suspension and a One Hundred Dollar ($100.00) fine. (ii) (iv) (i) For speeds in excess of twenty-five (25) miles per hour up to and including thirty-nine (39) miles per hour, the Member shall receive a warning. (ii) For speeds of forty (40) miles per hour up to and including forty five (45) miles per hour, the Member shall receive a two (2) week suspension and a One Hundred Dollar ($100.00) fine. (iii) For speeds of forty-six (46) miles per hour up to and including fifty (50) miles per hour, the Member shall receive a three (3) week suspension and a One Hundred Dollar ($100.00) fine. For speeds over fifty-one (51) miles per hour, the Member shall receive a four (4) week suspension and a One Hundred Dollar ($100.00) fine. (iv) (b) Second Offense. For a second offense within twelve (12) months of the first offense:

(c) Third Offense. For a third offense within twelve (12) months of the first offense:

For speeds in excess of twenty-five (25) miles per hour up to and including thirty-nine (39) miles per hour, the Member shall receive a one (1) week suspension and a One Hundred Dollar ($100.00) fine. For speeds of forty (40) miles per hour up to and including forty five (45) miles per hour, the Member shall receive a three (3) week suspension and a One Hundred Dollar ($100.00) fine.
