offerings and deliver a higher quality product that sets an elevated standard for Dining at the Club going forward.

Once the pavilion is open and we are getting ready for another busy season, we will be taking some other important steps to ensure excellence in the dining experience, including the implementation of a new reservations system that members can access using the new Frenchman’s mobile app, or by calling the Food and Beverage Office. I believe members have a right to expect world class service in every interaction they have with the Club, and I am committed to ensuring that our Food and Beverage operation consistently meets and when possible surpasses those expectations.

BW What is the vision for the dining venues in the new Clubhouse?

 The Main Dining Room for events and holidays, as well as a private dining room for smaller member events.

• The Sports Bar, featuring things like burgers, ribs, chicken wings, but prepared at the highest level of quality and enjoyed with the highest level of service.

• The 19th Hole, featuring breakfast, lunch and dinner in a casual dining environment

The Grille Room, an upscale Steak House

• The Pool Café at the Fitness Center, offering lunch and dinner in season, including fabulous sandwiches (including the lobster roll), salads, and fun cool events in the evenings.

• The Beach Club, featuring beach-themed dining and menus, and casual attire.
