FRENCHMAN’SCREEKBEACH & COUNTRYCLUB CHELSEA AUTOMATED TEE TIME SYSTEM

A member may now make a tee time using four options. Always put a 0 after a member number for the gentleman and a 1 for ladies.

1. FRENCHMAN’S CREEK WEBSITE : 

Log on to ‘ www.frenchmanscreek.com ’ website  Click the ‘ Member Login ’ tab and proceed to login  Click the ‘ Tee Times ’ icon which will redirect you to the Chelsea Tee Time website  Enter your member number and password, (first time users the password is 1234) remember to add a 0 or 1 on the end of your member number. 0 for men, 1 for ladies  To check a tee time run the cursor over ‘ Review ’, move down to ‘ Review My Information ’, then click ‘ Review My Schedule ’. This will display your times for the next three days.  Use the options on the top Tool Bar to navigate your way through the Chelsea Tee Time system.

2. CARD SYSTEM : You may still request tee times using the card system until you familiarize yourself with the PHONE AND TOUCH SCREEN SYSTEM, Also Frenchman’s Creek – Internet Link to Chelsea Tee Time System

GENERAL INFORMATION : “ The confirmation number” allow you to edit or delete your request. Captains must keep this number handy in case your request changes.

GROUPS : In order to link cards together please follow the instructions on the website when suggested. You may link up to 7 cards.

TIME : Ask for a specific time at least 3 days in advance. The system will search 20 minutes on either side of your request on the golf course of your choice, if this is not available the computer will keep searching until it finds a time closest to the original request, based on the point average of your group. There are no tee times available between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 12:00 noon because we run a crossover on both courses. A crossover is starting times that start from the 1 st and 10 th Tees between the hours of 7:30 and 9:30. HOW FAR IN ADVANCE MAY I REQUEST A TEE TIME ? A tee time may be requested up to 14 days in advance. If you need to request a tee time outside the 14-day parameter you may either fill out a Tee Time Card. IS THE SYSTEM EVER DOWN ? Between the hours of 3:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. the system will not be in service. At this time we will be processing the program in order to issue all member requests.

DUPLICATES : The system will not allow an account number to be requested more than one time for a selected day. Please be sure to confirm your game with your players.
