i. Offer one free drink from the bar, prior to 6:00 p.m., to every person in the Clubhouse on the day the hole-in-one is scored; and

ii. Receive from the Pro Shop a merchandise certificate for $300; and

iii. Receive a commemorative plaque.

c. Enrollment is automatic other than for those who specifically decline participation: i. The enrolled member will be charged $10.00 periodically to defray the cost of the program. ii. Those declining participation must notify the Accounting office of their choice.

Guests

1. Definitions

a. Immediate family guests shall be construed to mean sons, daughters, sons- in-law, daughters-in-law, stepchildren, parents, grandchildren and great grandchildren. b. A co-habitant is deemed to be a spouse provided that the member has filed with the Administration Office a letter of authorization, which may be rescinded at will. c. A houseguest shall be construed to mean a person staying at the home of a member.

d. An outside guest shall be construed to mean a person visiting for the day.

2. Privileges

a. Immediate family guest if member is in residence

i. An immediate family guest residing in the home of a member may use the recreational facilities (golf, tennis, fitness center, Beach Club and dining areas) an unlimited number of times per year subject to the guest restrictions of each facility. ii. An immediate family guest NOT residing in the member’s home is restricted to using the recreational facilities for a maximum of thirty (30) days per year if unaccompanied by the member.
