Weekly Cleaning Duties

The weekly cleaning duty is assigned per team member, who has the whole week to full fill their duty according to the individual schedule.

 Wipe down chairs, make sure cushions are clean  Wipe down all TVs  Clean all sugar caddies and refill  Clean all salt and pepper shakers and replace empty ones  Clean and organize all side stations  Clean and organize all POS  Deep Clean back bar  Deep clean bar sinks  Deep clean bar fridges  Deep clean red wine fridges  Deep clean ice bins  Deep Clean Frozen Yogurt  Deep clean coffee station, cabinets and coffee machine  Restock and clean take out station  Check all candle batteries  Check all the menus for cleanliness and presentable look  Deep clean salad bar and rewrite sign
