Sports Bar at Frenchman’s Creek 2018

 The biscotti's in jar next to coffee cups (Cookies are kept in the back of the pastry kitchen that is in the main kitchen Don’t forget the tongs for the cookies)  Have B&B plates for cookies  On Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays some members come to play cards in the sports bar during the day ensure that you have some 64” by 64” tablecloths and white side tables ready for these members

Coffee Station

 Coffee station is right in the kitchen

area

Prepare Decaffeinated Coffee

thermos, 3 B& B plates with a doily

on each

 Place a milk pitcher on each plate

1 for regular milk

1 skim milk

1 for half and half

 Get the signs for the coffee and milk

from the cupboard in the beverage area

 You will need 1 pocket of tea spoons

 1 Coffee cup ring including cups and

saucers. Ensure that the cups and

saucers match

 Place silver milk jugs and silver tea pots

 Place a tea box and ensure that the tea

box is fully stocked

 Place a stack of B&B plates with doilies

for the tea pots

 Place a bowl with lemon wedges on a

B&B plate with doily and a cocktail fork

 3 different platters of cookies need to be put:  The cookie assortment incl. weight watchers cookies  House cookies (choc chip, peanut butter, oatmeal raisin)  The sugar free cookies
