Duties and Captains Checklist
The Checklist is the AM Captains first priority and for Captains only. However, the duties are the Trainees first priority. It is the captain’s responsibility to assign and control the duties. After completing the checklist file it in the designated folder. OPENING LUNCH SB
1-Open up all screens and roof (According to the weather).
2-Turn on all TVs.
3- Set up Bar
A-Fill up all Ice bins.
B-Take out all the infusions and set up in the front bar.
C-Make breverage station
(Ice-tea, Lemonade, Raspberry ice tea, ice coffe).
D- Cut fruits.
E- Set up 2 breaking down stations at the bar.
F- Requisitions (liquor, sodas, juices, mixers)
G- Set up nuts trays, 2 each side of the bar.
4-Set up lunch buffet
5-Set up side stations
A-Water pitchers and artichokes
B-Coffee (1 regular and 1 Decaf)
C-Check folders
D-Sprays and towel for cleaning
E-Resets
F- Make sure the POS is in the right terminal and working properly
6- Turn on Pop Corn Machine
7-Set up yogurt machine (put product and turn on) and coffee machine.
Fill up with all supplies and coffee cups, milk
8- Turn music on from ipad at the music room.
9- Check bathroom.
