Cookie and Fruit Stations
Refill the cookies in the buffet and put fresh fruit plates on the ice table.
Breaking Down Dinner
1. Prepare roll ups for next day’s lunch (Make sure Side Stations are full).
2. Break down both beverage stations, clean the coffee machines and the frozen
yoghurt machine.
3. Take the sugar caddies and candles from the tables in the main seating area
(including salt and pepper from the tables in the lounge and patio) and put them
back to where they belong.
4. Take off the table cloths and put them in the laundry cart.
5. Put the pencils on the tables in the main seating area only.
6. Take out the refilled fruit baskets back to the buffet area.
7. Refill cups, saucers, little milk jugs, plates and bowls and place them in the
buffet area.
8. Take out the toaster.
9. Put all of the service trays inside.
10. Put the used milk and lemon near the coffee station to the dishwasher.
11. Take the laundry cart back to the laundry.
12. Take the cookies back to the pastry kitchen.
13. Turn off the music and fan.
14. Turn off the table lamps and the lights on the card rooms.
15. Last minute check; make sure that the room is ready for breakfast shift.
