Flushing

From time to time, it is essential to flush the coffee machine in order for it to work

efficiently. The machine display will let you know if the machine needs to be flushed.

1. Prepare a square and tall metal container from the kitchen.

2. Put up the cup stand and place the container under the three products outcome

(make sure that the container is placed right and the water cannot pour out of

the container).

3. Put 3 fingers on the coffee display monitor for a few seconds until the display

changes. It will show a button for “flush product side”.

4. Push the “flush product side”.

5. Wait until the flushing has finished (it should be displayed on the monitor).

6. Carefully take the container with the hot water inside to the dishwasher. Don’t

forget to put down the cup stand again.

Cleaning the brewed coffee machines is very simple, we just need to throw away the rest of

the coffee inside, rinse, and drain until there’s no more coffee left.

Cleaning the Yogurt Machine

The 19th Hole has their own yoghurt machine and it is the responsibility of all of the staff to

keep it clean and full.
