Each day there is one special type of meat.
Monday – London Broil
Tuesday – Turkey Pastrami
Wednesday – Pork Shoulder
Thursday – Beef Brisket and Kasha
Friday – London Broil
Saturday – Turkey Meat Loaf
Our meat which the carving station always includes is:
Turkey and Garlic Turkey
Salami
Corned Beef and London Broil
Roast Beef
Turkey Pastrami
Tongue
Pastrami
Meat Loaf
Cookies and Fruit Stations
Set the cookies and fruit on the buffet. The different cookie plates we have are a variety mix,
chocolate chip, sugar free, weight watchers and biscotti. Next to this we have the fruit
station where we have four big bowls of grapes, honeydew, cantaloupe, pineapple and
watermelon (Depending on Chef's Choice). Also small bowls with mandarins, peaches and
pears. We also have Cottage Cheese and Yoghurt along with a Fruit Platter. Next, we have
the nut variety of cashews, walnuts, pecans, pignolias, peanuts and sunflower kernels.
Keep an eye on them, as they have to be refilled immediately when needed.
