Cooking with Alcohol Depending on recipes used and changing specials the kitchen might require bar liquor to cook, which is not included in their own requisition. Hence, the chef requests liquor at the bar. In order to fulfill the given request, the liquor must be transferred via accubar from BC Beverage to BC Kitchen prior to handing out the liquor. Therefore, transfers are solely to be handled by assigned staff and the management.
