Opening and Closing Procedure
AM Opening Duties and Captains Checklist The Checklist is the AM Captains first priority and for Captains only. However, the duties are the Trainees first priority. It is the captain’s responsibility to assign and control the duties. After completing the checklist file it in the designated folder.
Beach Club Captain Opening Check List

Open Office and Bar:
Turn on .. .. all lights including the stand lamps
.. The fountain at the entrance
.. music inside and outside - open the doors to the patio and the gate in the garage
Insidebar (front& back): Check cleanliness of .. .. Ice machine (grooves & front's are wiped and clean / No dirt residues) .. Surfaces (every surfaces wiped& sanantised / No dirt residues) .. Floors (No trash, no dirt residues, mats are in place) - Supplies for Lunch are restocked (Cups, Coffeespoons, Straws etc.) - turn on the fridge light (Check temperature 30-40 F/ 10 C) - shelves are organized (no trash, cups are left) - trash is empty
Kitchen: - Machines are turned off (Bread& Cupwarmer, Espressomachine)
- Icetea machine (Fauced is placed in cleaning water, container clean, filter tank clean& empty) - Espresso machine (Fauced is placed in cleaningwater, drip tray is empty, surfaces clean) - Coffee machine (is wiped from in- & outside) - Shelves are wiped and sorted - Brew Ice tea for Lunch & turn Espresso machine on
Restaurant: - Sidestations clean and organized (No Cutlery and Cookies left)
Outsidebar and Breakdownstation: Check cleanliness of .. .. Surfaces (every surfaces wiped& sanantised / No dirt residues) .. Floors (No trash, no dirt residues, mats are in place) - Supplies for Lunch are restocked (Cups, Coffeespoons, Straws etc.) - turn on the fridge light (Check temperature 30-40 F/ 10 C) - shelves are organized (no trash, cups are left) - trash is empty - Glass racks are in place, Plastic cups are stored in Cabinet - Open the liquor shelf, remove tv- cover
Morning walkthrough: - Valet- trash is empty, ashtrays are stamped with FC Logo - Cabana is clean and organized (No trash or dirty linen left) - Garage (everything is in place, organized, no trash) - Laundry, Dry storage (No trash, dirty linen are in the tub or trashbag, everything is organized & in place) - Cafeteria (No food or cups left, no trash laying around, trashbin is empty)
Prepare for Lineup at 11 am: - Print the Daily Lineup (Find in Outlook) - Make a note about Lunch& Dinner budget (Lunch& Dinner binder)
