The Carvery-station is self-service, carved by a chef; however the server may offer assistance (ask for type of bread and if ½ or full).

Please charge the members accordingly $10 for everything to be consumed in the dining room.

Located beside the Carving station are 9 condiments:  Cranberry sauce  Deli mustard  Ketchup  Relish  Mayonnaise (Regular/Low Fat)  Salsa  Dijon mustard  Honey mustard
