Closing:

1. Clean-up & break down the table set-up on the Grille Terrace (place dinner table cloth on tables if open for dinner). 2. Make sure that the tables and chairs are cleaned and set for Dinner. Set them up according to the reservation list and floor plan, make sure the silverware, glasses and butter dishes are polished, and that tablecloths and napkins are clean and ironed. 3. Place round glass flower centerpiece with floating candles on each table. Outside place gold flower centerpiece and a lighted candle on each table.

4. Make sure the flowers are fresh and the water is clear.

5. Refill the sugar caddies and put them in the side stations.

6. Put away lunch menus and replace with dinner menus if dinner is scheduled that night.  Only doing dinner set up when the section has no members, or less than 2 tables.

If there is no dinner that night, like on Mondays, you have to set up lunch for the next day. Follow the same opening.
