Canadian Whisky:

Blended whisky made under government supervision in Canada, distilled from corn, rye, wheat and barley malt. Aged in minimum of 2 years in charred or uncharred barrels. Light-bodied, mild and delicate. It is said that the production methods, Canadian water and secret formulas for the proportion of grains used make Canadian whisky unique.
