Scotch Whisky:

Produced in Scotland in compliance with the laws of Great Britain. Almost all Scotch whiskies sold in U.S. are blends of malt and grain whiskies; as many as 30 different kinds are used to produce some of the better known brands. The smoke from the peat- moss fires used in production gives Scotch it’s unique smokey flavor.
