Spirit produced buy distillation of fermented juice of grapes or other fruits aged in oak casks. Produced wherever grapes are grown. Served in snifter or over ice.
Brandy:
Italian bitters flavored with herbs, orange peel and quinine. Served as an aperitif with soda or orange juice.
Campari:
French liqueur with aroma and taste of framboises (small black raspberries)
Chambord:
Brandy-based French liqueur made by private formula of plants, herbs and spices. Served in snifter or cordial glass.
Chartreuse:
Fine brandy from the Cognac Region of France
Cognac:

French, colorless liqueur, medium-bodied, made from brandy and orange formula. Produced by blending sweet and bitter Mediterranean and tropical orange peels.
Cointreau:
Generally means a sweet syrupy liqueur.
CRÈME:
Made from cacao and vanilla beans. Mixes well in cream drinks such as Alexanders, Pink Squirrels, Golden Cadillac. Two types, brown and white, have identical flavors. Brown is used for coloring and white is used when the color is derived from another source.
