Prepare all the necessary beverages Check if Blender is clean, put a spoon with it Refill all the necessary equipment i.e. straws, napkins, to go boxes, Styrofoam cups etc. Cut lemons and limes for beverages. Place trash cans, get trolley for dirty glasses Place floor mats to cover entire beverage area.

Take any dirty glassware, china and silverware to dishwasher. Clean and flush coffee machines and ice tea brewer properly. Clean Ice Tea and Ice Coffee containers etc. Clean Blender Remove any open soda cans, Styrofoam cups and trash Clean and organize counter tops Clean refrigerator and take everything out that does not belong there. Wipe bottom! Take dirty linen downstairs to laundry. Make sure all linen are sorted before going to the laundry Take trash out Dirty Floor Mats need to be brought to the laundry Clean and organize the back area, organize the resets, organize the shelves and side stations
