Requisite Qualification of American Service The moment you arrive to America, you can forget many of your further soft skills. The Service Quality in America, especially in a Country Club is totally different to regular business in normal hospitality. The way to act and behave is different, as well as many profession terms. The biggest change for you will be all the new profession terms. The Food & Beverages terms in America are similar to a new world. When working in the Service you have to be aware of all the beverages, because we have to prepare them. The most sold beverages are many different Tea types. Here is list of most of them:  Chilled regular Ice Tea  Chilled decaffeinated Ice Tea  Raspberry Ice Tea  Arnold Palmer  Lemonade Of Course we offer a lot of further different beverages. In the MDR we have a big shelf and the fridge to store all the beverages, which needs to be refilled before a function. As you will experience some of them are more popular then others. Popular:  Coke  Diet coke  Decaf coke  Decaf diet coke  Perrier water  Club Soda Less Popular:  Tonic Water  Ginger Ale  Sprite  Sprite Zero, Diet Sprite  Sunkist, Crush  Diet Sunkist, Diet Crush  All the Juices (Tomato, V8, Pineapple, Grape, Grapefruit, Cranberry)  Pepsi / Diet Pepsi  Cream Soda / Diet Cream Soda  Root beer / Diet Root beer  Further it is very popular to drink Ice water during Lunch or Dinner. We either fill the glasses with water pitchers or we offer them a bottle of “Frenchman’s Creek” water. Therefore a box of FCC water should be available at all times.
