You Will Need: 

1 x Ice Bucket

1 x Water Pitcher

           

Water Bottles

Polished Water Glasses

Straws

5 x Artichokes 2 x Glass Blocks

1 x Pocket of Dessert Forks Styrofoam Cups and Lids 7 x Small Buffet Tongs

Stack of Plates (10”) 1 x Cocktail Fork

1 x B&B Plate (With 6” Doilies)

 1 x B&B Knife and 1x Dessert Spoon  1 x Plate of Napkins

Take a withe tablecloth and fold it appropriate to the surface. Then set up the coffee break according to the pictures. On each plate with doily and cocktail fork you need to put a bowl with lemon wedges. 2 of the B&B Plates with doilies go beneath the coffee thermoses, and then put the coffee bean bowls on them. Get the Cheese, the Crudité and the Fruit platter from the cold kitchen. Get crackers from the dry storage. Get cookies from the pastry. Make it look nice and tidy. Take care that utensils, ice bucket, sugar caddies etc. are clean. See to it that the tea box is full. During service always refill the beverages and the snacks. Kitchen Often times you have to prepare some stuff in the kitchen area. That means especially staff what is need for the running event. It could be e.g. breadbaskets, plates with doilies or equipment for a cake. Further you have to prepare the kitchen area for the following business. It includes to clean up the area and to take care for proper and clear service ways.
