BEACH CLUB CABANA OPENING • Punch in and report to manager on duty • Retrieve cabana keys which are located at the podium • Make sure all gates are unlocked for members access (side pool and board walk) • Unlock cabana bathrooms and set up all displayed items (such as toilet paper, soap, lotion, towels, etc.). • Set up smoothie machine. • Unlock boardwalk gate • Raise the flag • Make sure all supplies are ready: Ice bin full, straws, cups, sodas, handwritten checks, smoothie supply, a key hanging from every locker • Check trash. It must be empty and put a new bag. • Check if first aid kit available • Cabana Locker room must be totally swept and mopped. Counters must have all display items and bathroom/shower stocked with items such as: hair spray, deodorant, Q-tips, lotion, paper towels stocked, • All towels shelves must be restocked (neatly) • Check all: light bulbs, toilet seat covers, hot & cold water, temperature in the locker rooms • Return key to the Cabana drawer after AM gates and door are unlocked BEACH CLUB SET UP 1. Put towels 2. Open the umbrellas 3. Check toilet (toilet paper, towels, etc.) 4. Fill ice bin and bring out ice water and ice tea. 5. Patio and pool: SET UP POOL PATIO 1. Open umbrellas, including member only area 2. Hose down deck including baby pool, walkway as well 3. Arrange and wipe lounge chairs neatly and accordingly and put striped cushion on each lounge chair 4. Arrange plastic chairs on baby pool 5. Lunch set up for three tables in Member’s Only area 6. Two tables set up in baby changing area with supplies 7. Get weather report from a daily newspaper and put all details on the boars located by the boardwalk (include pool temperature)
