Dinner Opening Side Work

I- Bar Set Up  Make sure you check the reservation list to know how many members and guest will be joining us for dinner. Go thought member drink preferences.  Restock your sodas, juices and milks, check that you have enough ice tea, Arnold Palmer, Crystal light, Raspberry Ice Tea, Decaf Ice Tea, and Ice Coffee.  Fill up the ice container with the ice.  Put a plastic bag in the trash can  Always have plastic and Styrofoam cups as well as lids and straws, especially for lunch but also for dinner.  Get your fruit tray ready (twist, oranges, cherries, olives and onions) and also a bowl with lemon and lime edges.  Ensure that you have enough glasses of every type and make sure they are polished.  Fill the bowls with nuts, veggies and olives for the bar as well as for the lounge tables! Put paper napkins and toothpicks next to it.  Get the wine cart ready; fill it up with red wines, white wines and ice to keep the white wines cold.  Put trays with paper doilies on the bar, check for cleanliness, wipe the surfaces.
