Closing: 1. Clear all beverages from side-stations except main bar and mini bar 2. Dispose of all beverages if not used for dinner or MDR. 3. Remove all the drinks from the bar, unless there is dinner. 4. Remove all the dirty towels from side station. 5. Remove and clean all coffee thermoses (don’t bring them to the dish washer, clean yourself!) 6. Make sure the side stations and the tray holders are wiped and clean. 7. Refill the coffee rings and B&B plates, replace them for the dinner coffee rings and B&B plates if dinner is served. 8. Return the lemon and lime containers back in the refrigerator (containers to be covered with plastic). 9. Close one side station at the patio. Clean espresso machine and make sure everything is tidy.
