Food and Beverage Mission Statement:

The purpose of the Food and Beverage department is to enhance the image of Frenchman’s Creek to its members and their Guests, through Patronage, maximum satisfaction and highest perceived value.

The Grille Concept “Come for the food, stay for the service”

The Grille is the fine dining steak house restaurant at Frenchman’s Creek with a casual atmosphere, where our members bring their guests and family to celebrate occasions or to enjoy a nice evening. Food at the Grille ranges from a variety of American Cuisine to table side silver service. The Grille is located on the upper level of the Club House and is open Monday to Saturday for Lunch and Tuesday thru Saturday for Dinner. The Grille inside capacity is around 130 seats (Including 88 inside, 26 at patio and 22 at bar area.) and up to 160 people outside in newly re-designed terrace. Our Lunch service starts at 11:30 am and ends at 2:30 pm. At lunch we have a buffet-style service which includes: Carvery Station, Omelet Station and a full Salad Bar with daily Soups, as well as ‘A La Carte’ Service and Lunch Specials. Dinner starts at 6:00 pm and the last order at 9:00 pm and we provide A la Carte Dinner Service with weekly specials.
