• Flush and Clean Coffee Machine • Salt & Pepper Refill and wipe • Sugar Caddies Refill and polish • Carpets to laundry for cleaning • Return linen not used to laundry Mondays • Organize and restock Card Supplies, Cards, Score Cards, Pencils, Pads, Pens, Tuesday • Burnish all Silver Containers in day to day use Wednesday • Organize and Clean Beverage Area, Restock Take Out Supplies and Coffee Break Supplies • MDR Weekly Meeting 3:00pm-4:00pm Thursday • Organize Storage (Pyramid and Décor Storage) Friday • Deep Clean and Rinse Coffee Machines in Beverage Area Saturday • Move Beverage Area Equipment for Night Cleaning Staff Access • Organize and Clean Buffet Signs and Frames Sunday • Deep Clean and Organize Refrigerator in MDR Beverage Area • Deep Clean and Organize the Bar Refrigerators • Deep Clean and Organize Music room and Equipment
