HOMEOWNER RESPONSIBILITY (ALL EXTRA AND CUSTOMIZED LANDSCAPING SERVICES)

A resident requesting landscape services above and beyond the services and guidelines identified in this brochure may contract, at their expense, such added and customized services with the POA's landscape provider or a third - party provid er.

The following are examples of extra and custom ized services not provided by the POA:

• Trimming and detailing of the house for exces sive time exceeding the contracted norm of 90 minutes. • Trimming of specimen trees, plants, and vines, requiring specialized skill and hand pruning. • Additional mowing of yards more than once per week. • Requests for plant material exceeding 3 gallons in size and a greater number of plant material conducive to the area being planted. • Extra or out - of - rotation trimming and detailing.
