Dear Members, The PGA merchandising show just concluded, and most significant manufacturers introduced exciting new equipment. We currently have TaylorMade scheduled on February 13 , and on February 15 , we have C leveland, XXIO, Callaway, and Mizuno all planned. As a reminder, all fitting days are by appointment, so contact the golf shop to try out some of the latest in golf equipment technology. The Ladies Robert Bruno Cup will be on Tuesday, February 27, and Thursday, February 29 . The format for the event is a two-day better ball of partner (Ringer) event. The Men’s Member-Member will be a two-man partner’s event. The event will be on Monday, February 5, Wednesday, February 7, and Friday, February 9 . The field will be divided into flights with six teams in each flight, and the flights will be determined from combined handicap indexes. The play format will be a round-robin; therefore, each team will play each other in their selected flight. (Each team must be available and able to play on each event date). The next Nine, Wine and Dine will be on Wednesday, February 14 ; yes, that is correct, on Valentine’s Day!! So, grab the one you love, enjoy nine holes of golf with friends, and enjoy dinner with your sweetheart. Junior Clinics (kids 5-12) will be on Tuesday, February 20, Wednesday, February 21, and Friday, February 23 , from 3-4:00 pm. The Family Par 3 event will be on Thursday, February 22.
