Services • Clerical — Copying, Faxing, Scanning, Emailing. • Mail/Shipping — USPS, FedEx, and UPS.

• Vacation Mail Hold — Available during summer months for a short time period. • Notary — General notarial acts, excluding Estate Planning documents, i.e., Wills, Trusts, POA, Medical Directives and the like. A local atty is available re: estate documents. • Work Orders — Landscape/irrigation, post lights, pressure cleaning, humane animal trapping, fence repair, mailbox repair. • Guest Registration — Register all guests at the POA Office (in person, through email, by calling us, or through the website). • Shredding —Drop boxes are available at the POA Office year round and “Shred Truck Days” are scheduled periodically September— May. • Transportation — Book Chauffeur Services — flat rate airport trips...using your vehicle or our new luxury 7-person passenger van, or hourly for errands or a night on the town.
