Landscaping Happy Holidays from all of us atThe BrickmanGroup! I hope the seasonal transition has been a pleasant one for each of you and that you have settled in for a great season. Thoseof you, whohavebeenhere throughNovember, knowthatwehadan Indiansummerwithtemperatures reaching into the high eighties for most of the month. It seems that we finally received a little rain and things have cooled off giving us the opportunity to get the fall flowers in the ground. As with any holiday, requests for additional work and out-of-rotation clean-ups have started to accumulate. Please let us know if you need anything extra completed. We’d like to get you on the schedule as soon as possible. In closing, the Holiday season is traditionally a time to reflect and be thankful. In that spirit, all of us at The Brickman Group consider ourselves fortunate to work in such a beautiful setting for the good people of Frenchman’s Creek. We wish all of you a very happy holiday season! Dog Park Etiquette At Frenchman’s Creek we also offer a fun lifestyle for your four-legged friend. At the dog park which is located off Frenchman’s Creek Drive you will find two areas available for your dogs. One side is for small dogs 25 lbs or less and the adjacent side is available for larger dogs 25 lbs and up. All dogs are welcome to enjoy this amenity, but dear owners, please remember a few dog park etiquette rules: • Never leave your dog unattended and always keep your attention on your dog. • Help keep the dog park clean and well maintained by picking up after your pets. • Make sure your dog is current on its shots. • Keep dogs on leashes at all times except in designated “off-leash” areas. Dogs who are leashedmay feel threatened by free roaming dogs. • Close all doors to the dog park after entering or exiting. • If your dog becomes unruly or plays rough, please control it as not to disturb the other dogs. • Any dogs showing signs of aggression should be removed from the premises. • Owners are responsible for the behavior of their animals. Please contact the POAOffice at (561) 627-1467 with any landscaping requests.
