Continue construction of drainage structure on west parking area.

Began installation of base rock in south and west access area.

Continue installation of underground conduit for site lighting and irrigation.

Continue work on Tie Columns and Tie Beam forms.

MILESTONE #5

Completed stair forms on west and east side of Clubhouse.

MILESTONE #6

Continue construction of Concrete Masonry Unit (CMU) walls.

Complete underground structures and conduits for west parking area. Complete waterproofing of retaining wall. Complete Masonry on first floor. Complete Tie Columns on first floor. Continue construction of Tie Beams (in progress). Continue laying underground utilities (electrical, plumbing and low voltage). Remove existing driveway island.
