Proper grooming and professional appearance are important to gain positive impressions and respect in the workplace. First impressions matter and how you look and carry yourself im pacts the people you get along with in the work setting. Proper grooming and professional appearance are important to everybody. Lack of these may lead to a poor image and may in terfere with your chance of getting a good impression and posi tive feedback from your teammates, members, and leadership team. All employees are subject to dress and grooming standards that have been established in keeping with the Frenchman ’ s Creek tradition.
It is the responsibility of each employee to read the guide and comply with the standards. If you do not have the guide please ask your manager or HR for it.

What is the spring equinox?

Dear H2B,
As the busy season draws to a close, we would like to take a moment to acknowledge and express our gratitude for all of your hard work and dedication throughout this season. Each and every one of you has contributed to the success of our team in your unique way, and we are incredibly thank ful for your efforts.
Your relentless work ethic, positive attitudes, and unflinching commitment to providing excellent service has been nothing short of remarkable throughout this busy season. We know that it can be draining and challenging to work long hours in the hospitality industry, but we appreciate your tireless efforts to go above and beyond for our members and their guests.
As you head towards the end of season with us and we know that some of you are returning home, we hope that you are able to take some time to relax, recharge, and enjoy the rest of the summer. We want you to return home with a sense of accomplishment, knowing that you made an im portant contribution to our team and our guests ’ experiences. And for those of you who are going to other places to work in the summer, we want to wish you a pleasant and happy season with your host company, we know you will continue to do a great job as you did here.
Thank you once again for the passion, energy, and enthusiasm that you brought to your roles throughout your time with us. We hope that you had a great time and that you leave here with fond memories of your experience working at Frenchman ’ s Creek, and of course we hope to see you again for the next season.
