First impressions matter and how you look and carry yourself impacts the people you get along with in the work setting. Proper grooming and professional appearance are important to every body. Lack of these may lead to a poor image and may interfere with your chance of getting a good impression and positive feedback from your teammates, members, and leadership team. All employees are subject to dress and grooming standards that have been established in keeping with the Frenchman ’ s Creek tradition.

It is the responsibility of each employee to read the guide and comply with the standards. If you do not have the guide please ask your man ager or HR for it.
