GETTING STARTED Welcome to your guide to Frenchman’s Creek app! Please read on for insights and tips on connecting with your community. The Frenchman’s Creek Beach and Country Club app is available on the App Store for iPhone and iPad users and the Google Play Store for Android or Samsung users. The app icon looks like the image to the left.

LOG IN INFORMATION Members may log in to the app using the same login used for the desktop website. Most member logins are the first initial of your first name and your complete last name. If you need assistance retrieving your login information and password, please contact the Marketing Department at 561-775-3327. TODAY’S EVENTS At the top of the home page of the app, Members will see “Today’s Events” which displays the day’s events, available dining options,

group exercise schedules, and more! UPCOMING EVENTS

Looking to plan ahead? Scroll down on the home page of the app to see upcoming events. Members may register through the app for entertainment, dining, golf, and racquet events if registrations are required for that specific event.

NAVIGATING THE APP The key to navigating the Frenchman’s Creek app is the hamburger icon in the upper left-hand corner. This button opens the app menu and will take you to any of the pages within the app. To return to the home page from any app page, click the 3 lines and choose ‘Home.’ When you click on the app menu, you will not see the entire menu and will need to scroll to view the items at the bottom of the list.

PUBLICATIONS

Never miss an update! Tap the menu button in the top, left corner of the app. You will see menu items including Monthly Newsletters and Season Handbook. All current, monthly newsletters and the season handbook may be found in this section of the app. Our monthly newsletters also include an insert from FC Life edited by Mrs. Bobbe Wiener. Our newsletters include updates from directors, monthly events, POA updates and hours, upcoming Board meetings, dining events and information, and so much more. Additionally, you will find the ‘Things To Do and See in Palm Beach County’ booklet. This is a great resource for local activities outside of the club.

CLUB CALENDAR

Not everyone enjoys sports and that’s OK! Narrow down the entertainment events by choosing “Entertainment Calendar” from the app menu. This section of the app is preloaded with events for the entire season so that you can prepare for the months ahead. loaded into the Club Calendar on the app. This helpful tool allows you to reserve your seat at most events requiring registration. GOLF Frenchman’s Creek is excited to announce and encourage the use of the Frenchman’s Creek Beach and Country Club app for the use of all golf events. Every Member has a designated login that connects each person directly to the starting tee. Never miss an event, a ladies or men's group, or another par-tee with our golf team! Golf events are powered by GolfGenius. Our

app allows you to register for events, choose foursomes, and receive event information explaining the rules, start times, and dining accommodations when applicable. Members can also book tee times through ForeTees by choosing ‘Request a Tee Time’ from the menu.

RACQUET SPORTS Court reservations are now available on the app and website! Skip the phone lines and book your courts, partners, and time with ease! With the Frenchman’s Creek online court reservation system, Members can easily choose the time, partners, and court that they wish.

GATE ACCESS When Members have guests and deliveries, the names of those guests need to be added to Gate Access to provide them with access to our community. On the app, choose Gate Access to enter your guests' information. This application is backed by a single-sign-on system so Members can easily enter information. REGISTERING YOUR GUESTS As a reminder, all Members must register their guests through the POA to receive a guest pass. Members do not have to register guests staying for day-of visits. Guests staying overnight and beyond will need guest passes. In addition to calling the POA, Members can register guests through the Member Home section of Frenchman’s Creek website. Scan the below QR code to be directed to the guest pass form.

HOMESERVICES Re-launched in October of 2023, HomeServices is back to provide Frenchman’s Creek with handyman services. Members can request HomeServices and review covered services on the app. By choosing “Request HomeServices” from the app menu, Members will be directed to the Frenchman’s Creek webpage with an extensive list of HomeServices resources including a message to the community, a comprehensive booklet, Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs), and a direct link to request service online. HomeServices is available to all Members by contacting the POA at 561-627-6200 or by email at homeservices@frenchmanscreek.com.

FC MARKETPLACE Time for a garage clean or closet out? List your items on FC Marketplace!

FC Marketplace is Members’ private selling, buying. and in-search-of tool. You can list items for sale, buy what others are selling, list items to giveaway, and create an in-search-of post.

FCTV Catch up on Frenchman’s Creek event recaps, Board of Governors meetings, in-club video series, and more on FCTV! FCTV is your go-to video library for all things Frenchman’s Creek. Our FCTV YouTube channel is linked in the app and on the web for your viewing pleasure. To navigate to FCTV videos, click the menu in the app and scroll down to FCTV. This page will direct you to our video library with subcategories and a link to view the live beach camera.

PHOTO ALBUMS Now available! Photo albums are active on the Frenchman’s Creek app and website. After attending an event, you will find your photos taken by FCTV on the Frenchman’s Creek App. Click the menu icon and scroll down to Photo Albums. From here, you can view family and group photos. Photos are organized by event. EMAIL ARCHIVE Can’t find an email in your inbox? Visit the email archive available on the app and website! Emails are categorized by message type to help Members find the archived email they are searching for.

DIRECTORIES

In addition to the green Membership Directory book available at the POA, Members may use the online Member Directory. The directory is available on both the desktop website and the app. MEMBER DIRECTORY A comprehensive Staff Directory is available on the app and the desktop website. As our team continues to grow, the directory is being updated with current photos of all team members. Members can click the phone and email icons to contact staff and teams directly. STAFF DIRECTORY MEMBER FEEDBACK Member feedback is an important factor in the function of club operations. In addition to the feedback link provided in the daily Club Communications email, Members may use the app to provide direct feedback to our various teams.
