The monthly Lunch and Learn lecture series started in January with the New Year, Nu You philosophy with lectures from local professionals on wellness and nutrition. A revised version of a nutrition challenge was run for 6 weeks this year. Creek Club Recreation Activities: The Fitness Center continued to be the point of contact to organ- ize the holiday activities on property. This year soccer was added as well as new poolside crafts and off site jet ski trips. Retail: Trunk shows continue to be successful and take place twice a month offering a variety of vendors that showcase clothing, ac- cessories, jewelry, purses and more. Our Fitness and Spa Center has so much to offer everyone in the community. Tiffany DeSouza, our Director, continues to do an outstanding job overseeing the daily operations. I would like to take this opportunity to personally thank Tiffany and her consci- entious staff for their ongoing enthusiasm, professionalism and dedication to the facility.

Fitness Team: Our fitness team added 5 more team members, bringing the total to 33 trainers and aerobic staff. The pilates and gyro- tonic team has grown and made them popular alternatives workouts. Spa: The spa team grew in all areas with 7 new massage/ skin therapists and 2 nail therapists bringing the team total to 22. Massages still dominate the appointments but the nail area and facials are growing steadily in popularity. A new prod- uct line was introduced in the facials and Shiatsu massage was introduced in the massage area. The Member Guest Spa Day was very busy and well received. Programs and Events: The annual health fair was held in November. We hosted 15 vendors, raffles prizes were offered and flu shots were pro- vided, all helping to make a successful event.
