2. What is your vision for the future of Frenchman ’ s creek and as a member of the board what specific action plans would you advocate for now to execute your vision: We are off to a great start as we have embarked on our new clubhouse, tennis, pickleball facilities, and the early stages of updates to the courses and practice facilities. We need to build on this momentum by upgrading the fitness center and spa facilities, commensurate with what is expected of a club of our caliber, equipped with proper ergonomic equipment (both weight and aerobic). We need to make sure we stay eco - friendly as we make updates, while also making sure we are using water conservation measures and renewable energy, without disrupting the topography and aesthetics. We must continue community engagement through social events, clubs and activities that encourage interaction and connections amongst members of all ages. We must also continue to improve the quality of life of residents while maintaining the high standards we have come to expect (and pay for) whether it ’ s through landscaping, infrastructure, security, and any other services provided to our community. Lastly, and of utmost importance.is the financial stability and stewardship of our community. Implementing sound financial planning and management with a particular focus on long - term financial viability, inclusive of smart budgeting for maintenance, repairs, food costs, and all other future improvements is paramount to the club. The key to success is generating new and innovative revenue streams while making sure we keep the resident experience at a high level, without the need to make it at the highest cost and financially unobtainable for our members. We should not find ourselves in a position to lose a single member unless they choose to leave, and not because they have to.
