1. Why do you want to become a member of the Board and what motivates you?
Frenchman ’ s Creek is an amazing community with much to offer all of its residents. There are many issues facing the community, financial and cultural, that will need to be addressed by the community and its leaders. I believe my experi ence as a lawyer for a large company that is always looking for ways to improve, innovate and engage, along with my negotiation and problem solving skills, will be an asset to the Board, as we move forward into the next chapter of Frenchman ’ s Creek. I have always enjoyed a challenge!

2. What is your vision for the future of Frenchman ’ s Creek, and as a member of the Board, what specific action plans would you advocate for now to execute your vision? Frenchman ’ s Creek needs to be a place that its members are proud to call home and enjoy sharing with family and friends. We need to keep moving forward to de liver to the members an exceptional experience, no matter what club amenities they are using. We need to make sure that we are listening to all of the members ’ concerns and aspirations for their community. Most importantly, we need to be a unified community that respects the view points of all. As a member of the Board, I will seek continuous improvement in all aspects of club governance, finance, and lifestyle.

1. Why do you want to become a member of the Board and what motivates you?
Combining my business experience with my FC committee experience I believe I can help build a consensus in the community and on the Board. My profes sional experience can add value and contribute to the implementation of community decisions including long term aspirations for our facilities.
2. What is your vision for the future of Frenchman ’ s Creek, and as a member of the Board, what specific action plans would you advocate for now to execute your vision? My vision is to retain our reputation as a premier residential community by maintaining and constantly improving our facilities. For example, we should build the long discussed golf training facility and upgrade and expand our spa/ wellness center. The next few years will be an exciting period at Frenchman ’ s Creek and I hope you will permit me to continue on our Board and assist in the implementation of our strategic plan.

Lisette Siegel
Lisette, and her husband, Hank, have been members of Frenchman ’ s Creek since 2013 but have been coming to the community since 1989 (35 years) when Hank ’ s parents, Martin and Denise Siegel bought here. They spent almost every winter visiting with their two sons, Andrew and Benjamin. The boys grew up playing Tikky tennis, learned golf from Luis and Rocco and ate tons of turkey and corned beef. When it came time for Hank and Lisette to move to Florida, there was no ques tion as to where they would call home. They loved all the amenities Frenchman ’ s had to offer but most of all, they loved the people. The Siegels divide their time between Florida and Princeton, New Jersey. Lisette was born and raised in Miami, Florida. She and Hank met at Emory University, and after graduating, Lisette returned to Florida to attend Nova Southeastern Law School. She worked as a criminal defense attorney at the Public Defender ’ s office of Broward County for several years, and after marrying Hank, moved to Princeton and worked for a medical malpractice defense firm in Trenton, NJ. She retired from the practice of law to focus on raising her two sons. During that time she chaired and served on many parent organizations, as well as on the board of the synagogue and on several committees for Greenwood House, a renowned local Home for the Aged. Lisette was also a classroom volunteer/teacher ’ s aide at an elementary school in Trenton, NJ. At Frenchman ’ s, Lisette has served on and chaired Women for Scripps Research, served on the board, executive board and presently chairs the Frenchman ’ s Creek Ladies Golf Association and sits on the Golf and Greens Committee. She served on the Executive Director Search Committee and was on the 2023 Nominating Commit tee.
1. Why do you want to become a member of the Board and what motivates you?
When Hank and I moved here 11 years ago, we were amongst the youngest members at that time. Tenured members, many of whom were friendly with my in - laws, embraced and welcomed us to the community. At the same time, we have had the opportunity to meet and befriend newer members. I feel my perspective as a guest from 1989 until 2013, and a resident since 2013, who believes in the bright future of FC, will allow me to have a unique voice on the board. I firmly believe the future of FC lies in all constituencies being heard and respected and most importantly brought together.

This year, upon my arrival, I was thrilled to see the progress on the clubhouse, improvement in the quality of the food and improvement in the level of service. But mostly, I was thrilled to see the return of gathering together and the feeling of camaraderie. These things started me thinking about running for the board. I want to be part of this journey and help to move FC forward in a positive manner. I hope to do this with an eye to the future but never forgetting our legacy and what makes us an amazing place to live. 2. What is your vision for the future of Frenchman ’ s Creek, and as a member of the Board, what specific action plans would you advocate for now to execute your vision? I want to be a voice for all FC members. I will start by listening to you, and making sure you are heard. While it is impossible to please all of the people all of the time, every member deserves to be treated with respect, courtesy, and transparency. I found this to be important during my tenure as Chair of FCLGA. I hope to continue being an advocate for all. FC must continue the needed improvements that have been identified in our long term capital projects plan. As a member of the Executive Director search commit tee, I became aware of how badly our infrastructure has suffered due to a lack of maintenance. To continue our standing as a premier community, and to protect our individual investments, we must continue to carefully and thoughtfully invest in our capital assets and infrastructure. I believe the strategic plan put forward by GGA Partners sets out a viable timeline for ongoing improvements. Obviously, things can change and I think the board should be constantly re - evaluating the plan, with an eye toward continued enhancement of services and investment in infrastruc ture. I believe an important challenge facing Frenchman ’ s Creek, as well as other clubs, is how to stay attractive to new members while continuing to provide services and a reasonable value proposition to our more tenured members. My goal in serving on our Board is to restore and continue to build upon the strong sense of community, camaraderie, and culture that has distinguished Frenchman ’ s Creek throughout its history.

1. Why do you want to become a member of the Board and what motivates you?
There are many important changes that we are experiencing now, and will continue to experience in the future. The manner in which these changes are addressed by the Community, the Board, and Management, will have significant impact on all of us individually. Throughout my personal and professional life I have undertaken fiduciary and leadership roles in large and small organizations. These experiences have helped me develop skills in operations, governance, strategy, and organizational development, each of which is important for any member of the Frenchman ’ s Creek Board. As a member of the Community, I am motivated to contribute as effectively as I can to ensure that the future of French man ’ s meets the expectations of our current and future members. 2. What is your vision for the future of Frenchman ’ s Creek, and as a member of the Board, what specific action plans would you advocate for how to execute your vision? While much has changed in the past 7 years, my vision for Frenchman ’ s Creek is aligned with the core values of the most recent (2017) version of our strategic plan: Preservation of our warm and friendly Club culture and sense of community; Exceptional staff and service quality throughout the Club. In executing on this vision, I believe the Board needs to evaluate each of our future decisions in two respects. First, how does the decision effect our culture, our most valuable intangible asset; and second how does the decision optimize the value of our tangible assets. In short, I believe it is the responsibility of the Board, the Community, and Management to “ Do the right things, and Do them the right way ”. Many of the important future decisions will be made and implemented over the next few years. To me, these would include: The Clubhouse (completion of construction and plans for operations); The new Strategic Plan (in process); Long Term Capital Plan (in process); Sale of Lots to non - resident members (under discussion); Generational Transfers (in process); Communications and Branding (in process); Updating of ARB rules and operations (under consideration); Changes to Frenchman ’ s Realty operations (in process); Update of By - Laws, scale and operation of the Frenchman ’ s Creek Charitable Foundation (in process).
I look forward to participating in how Frenchman ’ s addresses these, and future, opportunities.

1. Why do you want to become a member of the board and what motivates you:
When we arrived at Frenchman ’ s Creek, we did not know a single person, yet re ceived an overwhelming amount of support and kindness. We are so grateful for the friends we have made. Being a board member is an opportunity to “ get in volved ” and participate in the governance and decision - making process of this great community while having a more direct impact and influence on community policies, programs, and facilities. As an avid golfer we have an extremely unique and rewarding experience. Having two great golf courses/practice facilities (which of course we can improve) coupled with a low - density population makes this a spe cial place. The increased property values of residences over the last five years is evidence of this.

2. What is your vision for the future of Frenchman ’ s creek and as a member of the board what specific action plans would you advocate for now to execute your vision: We are off to a great start as we have embarked on our new clubhouse, tennis, pickleball facilities, and the early stages of updates to the courses and practice facilities. We need to build on this momentum by upgrading the fitness center and spa facilities, commensurate with what is expected of a club of our caliber, equipped with proper ergonomic equipment (both weight and aerobic). We need to make sure we stay eco - friendly as we make updates, while also making sure we are using water conservation measures and renewable energy, without disrupting the topography and aesthetics. We must continue community engagement through social events, clubs and activities that encourage interaction and connections amongst members of all ages. We must also continue to improve the quality of life of residents while maintaining the high standards we have come to expect (and pay for) whether it ’ s through landscaping, infrastructure, security, and any other services provided to our community. Lastly, and of utmost importance.is the financial stability and stewardship of our community. Implementing sound financial planning and management with a particular focus on long - term financial viability, inclusive of smart budgeting for maintenance, repairs, food costs, and all other future improvements is paramount to the club. The key to success is generating new and innovative revenue streams while making sure we keep the resident experience at a high level, without the need to make it at the highest cost and financially unobtainable for our members. We should not find ourselves in a position to lose a single member unless they choose to leave, and not because they have to.
