Interaction with Staff • Membersmay not request special or personal services froman employeewhile the employee is on duty. • No Member or guest may be verbally or physically abusive to any employee, may not direct any employee in his or her job functions and may not threaten an employee or threaten an employee’s job. Employees are required to report any such incident to their supervisor. • Members and guests are prohibited from offering or paying gratuities or giving gifts to employees. • The Board or individual members of the Board are empowered as a group or individually to initiate grievances, after appropriate investigation, against any Member who violates these rules with respect to his or her interaction with the employees.
